Our busy service department controls a team of mobile field service engineers covering urgent, emergency breakdowns and ongoing preventative maintenance contracts to a varied customer base ranging from the larger multi-site 'blue chip' clients to small single owner establishments and caterers.
Our company also carries out warranty repair work on behalf of several major manufacturers and equipment suppliers who entrust Calder Catering Equipment Services to represent them when attending an appliance that is within its warranty period.
A large proportion of our business is now the supply of commercial catering equipment spare parts and accessories, working alongside our sister company, our spare parts sales counter and showroom in Wakefield is proving to be very popular with locally based service providers.
