We directly employ mobile service engineers strategically located in and around the Yorkshire, Manchester, Derbyshire and Humberside region. All areas are covered on a daily basis and we aim to respond to all breakdown calls the same working day or at least within 24 hours of receiving a call. We also offer a rapid response option for contract customers with a target 4 hour response time.


Our company specialises in the servicing and repairs of all gas and electrical commercial catering, refrigerated equipment and ware washing appliances. We currently undertake warranty work on behalf of several major manufacturers and their service agency’s including Blue Seal, Parry, Lincat, Victor Manufacturing and Imperial Catering Equipment amongst others.


As well as representing equipment manufacturers we also provide ongoing maintenance contracts for a large number of clients in our region, our current active customer base includes several blue chip clients such as Harvey Nicholls, Bupa Hospitals, NHS Trust sites, Tampopo Restaurant Group, Sheffield Arena, Doncaster Racecourse and Festival Republic amongst many, many others.


Our engineers are all multi-skilled and have extensive experience with commercial catering equipment; individual engineers hold all the necessary qualifications and experience enabling them to work on all gas and electric, heated and refrigerated appliances. Our service technicians are either refrigeration qualified, Gas Safe registered, 17th Edition electrical or a combination of these qualifications.


Individual engineers have received factory training from various manufacturers including Rational, Hobart, Frialator, Convotherm, Garland, True Manufacturing and Blue Seal amongst many others.


Each vehicle is equipped with a fully comprehensive stock of spare parts to suit most major manufacturers; this enables the majority of service calls to be completed on the initial visit.


Our rates are very competitive indeed; each service call to site is subject to a fixed travel and mileage charge dependant on location. Engineer’s time on site is charged per hour, any site time over one hour is charged pro-rata in five minute increments keeping costs to a minimum.


While we are more than happy to attend sites on an ad hoc basis only, you may require the reassurance and benefits associated with an annual or bi-annual service contract, you may be surprised at just how little a service contract does cost.
